You will be qualified to LPC, or equivalent academic qualifications with experience in residential property law/conveyancing.
The role will require you to handle your own conveyancing caseload from inception to closure with minimal supervision from your supervisor. Throughout your role, you will ensure that your files are kept in order and issue regular reports to clients. The successful individual will know the clear distinctions between freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered transactions and will be technically competent in handling such matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12/18 months residential conveyancing experience and be confident with all aspects of residential property transactions with the ability to demonstrate initiative and excellent client care skills.
This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract. Salary commensurate with experience.
