Solicitor/licensed conveyancer

We are an expanding and ambitious law firm. You would be working in a friendly and supportive environment for a small firm which specialises in residential property and private client work.

The position is for a solicitor/licensed conveyancer in our residential conveyancing department. The candidate should expect to work on sales and purchases of domestic properties and new build developments. The role is fast paced, working to tight deadlines with client service at the forefront of each transaction.

The applicant must be able to think on his/her feet, as this is an extremely hands-on role requiring initiative.

In order to be applicable for the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate certain skills; 

• Experience in conveyancing is essential
• Organised and a keen eye for accuracy
• Able to work unflustered to deadlines working on multiple ‘live’ client files
• Good people and communication skills, as he/she will need to liaise with clients and other professionals.
