As a result of our expansion plans, we have a number of paralegal opportunities to join our team.

Candidates must:
- Hold a minimum 2.1 degree
- Have successfully completed the LPC
- Possess excellent IT and typing skills
- Live within 30 minutes of the office for which we are recruiting (or willing to relocate)
- Hold a driving licence and have full time use of their own car
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
At MW we recruit our paralegals with a view to offering training contracts. We recruit a significant number of our trainee solicitors internally from paralegals who have completed a minimum of 12 months employment with the firm (subject to business needs). The LPC is essential for all applicants and, therefore, current or prospective LPC students will not be considered.
