Aconveyancing Limited has a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal apprentice to join their team in Tamworth. You will work closely with the team to learn the process of residential conveyancing and support a property lawyer. You will develop skills to undertake the administrative elements of each stage while working towards a paralegal qualification.

As an apprentice your role is to undertake tasks associated with the legal process of selling, purchasing and remortgaging property. You will provide support to property lawyers within the firm. During the apprenticeship you will become a confident paralegal able to carry out both administrative and technical tasks required to progress a sale or purchase transaction through to completion.

Duties will include:

• general office duties;
• corresponding my phone, letter and email;
• drafting documents;
• reporting on advising on legal aspects of a conveyancing transaction;
• having a clear understanding of the role of the Land Registry and other third parties including other law firms and mortgage lenders; and
• providing clear and accurate advice based on the English Legal System.
