Housing trainee solicitor
We have a vacancy for a housing trainee or newly qualified solicitor.
The post entails running a mixed caseload of certificated and legal help matters. Training will also be provided in criminal law, actions against the police and non-contentious tribunal work. We provide a high quality and supportive training environment and you will be working with solicitors who are true are experts in their fields.
Essential requirements are:
- At least one year experience of legally aided tenant based housing litigation within the last two years
- Experience in possession, homelessness and disrepair cases
- Some familiarity with CCMS
