Personal injury free earners

LPS Solicitors are an expanding law firm based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

We deal with personal injury, industrial disease, civil litigation and immigration matters. 

Due to continuing expansion within our personal injury team we are looking to recruit three/four personal injury fee earners.

Working as part of a team you will be handling claims from initial instruction through to completion. Your caseload will be predominately RTA personal injury files.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Progressing claims on the MOJ Portal
• Assessing liability
• Reviewing medical records and reports
• Corresponding with clients and third parties
• Negotiating quantum

Essential skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent IT skills (experience of working with a case management system is preferred)
• Understanding of the relevant law and its practical application is essential

These positions are available with immediate effect.

Salary is negotiable dependant on previous experience.
