We are looking for a Digital Content Assistant to help process and categorise articles for Lexology, the world’s largest online source of legal intelligence. Using the Lexology administration system, you would be adding and processing articles from contributing firms.
Assessing articles for suitability for inclusion on Lexology
Analysing content and categorising articles by work area and jurisdiction using the detailed Lexology taxonomy to ensure that articles reach the correct audience
Maintaining a list of contributing firms – this will include:
Ensuring that firms’ articles are added to the Lexology service within agreed timeframes
Checking firm websites for new material and blogs
Processing articles submitted directly by firms
Updating author profiles as necessary
Maintaining firm notes to ensure articles are added consistently and as per firm instructions
Applying internal formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across the publication
Reporting any issues with the Lexology administration system to enable IT to fix quickly
What we are looking for:
University degree (2.1 minimum), a law degree would be desirable
Experience in data entry experience would be a bonus
Strong organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
