Successful candidates will undertake case preparation working on criminal law files, as well as dealing with extradition and confiscation cases.
file and office administration;
securing legal aid funding
keeping clients fully updated with case progress;
perusal of case papers;
attending client conferences/prison visits;
taking clients’ instructions; and
ensuring that all steps necessary for the proper preparation of cases are taken.

Law LLB or equivalent
Police Station Accreditation (desirable)
Previous experience of working for a Criminal Law firm (desirable)
