1. Paralegal

Paralegal to join our Sheffield Office. Full-time.

Our paralegals work alongside our qualified lawyers, instructing global counsel, preparing documents for clients, doing research, attending client meetings. The role is very varied. Full training is provided and you will be able to attend the training sessions our qualified lawyers attend. Our paralegals will also be eligible for consideration for a Training Contract. Our approach to finding the legal advisers of the future is to recruit via our paralegal to trainee solicitor scheme. This is on the basis of a fixed term contract of one year which, subject to business need and individual performance, we hope will lead to the offer of a training contract.

About you: You will have a first or 2:1 in law. We are looking for someone who likes a team approach and working with others, has an eye for detail and is also commercial. Experience of working in a corporate law firm as a paralegal is desirable but not essential.

2. 2 – 3 year qualified corporate lawyer

Sheffield or Leeds. Full or part-time.

We have an oppportunity for 2-3 PQE corporate lawyer to join our Chambers and Legal 500 Top Tier ranked team specialising in executive and employee share plans working with the world’s leading global companies. You do not need to have any experience of executive and employee share plans we will provide full training.  

About you: You will have a first or 2.1 in law, have trained and worked for a corporate law firm, have an eye for detail and be practical and commercial, like working in a team.
