Shoosmiths LIVE: Gender equality with Mel Chell

Join us on Tuesday 5th February at 12:30 as graduate recruitment manager Samantha Hope interviews Mel Chell, a partner at Shoosmiths.

The focus of this video is gender equality. Mel will share her own experience of being a full-time working mother, a partner and head of department in national law firm Shoosmiths, and how she is driving forward gender equality through the "Lean In @ Shoosmiths" initiative.

Mel is the national head of asset finance within the Recoveries Services Group. She is based in the Northampton office and but regularly works out of the Birmingham office.

Mel trained with Shoosmiths qualifying in 2000 and returned to the firm in January 2011.
