Launched in 2004, the LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards aim to recognise the best recruiters and trainers among law firms. The awards results are based on an extensive yearly survey of trainee and newly qualified solicitors. The survey respondents are asked to frankly assess their own experiences and score the firm they work at on a number of criteria related to the recruitment, training, work placement scheme and training principal. In 2007 we introduced the Commendation for Diversity, which is awarded to a firm that goes to great lengths to ensure that its workplace is representative of the community it serves. The Commendation for Diversity is aimed at ensuring that beacons of good diversity practice are visible and spur on the rest of the profession. Below you will find information about the firms that have excelled and taken home one of the coveted LCN awards.

LawCareers.Net Recruitment & Training Awards 2017
Last night saw the announcement of the winners of the 14th annual LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards. Matthew Broadbent, business development director of LCN, said: “The LCN awards are a real proving ground. With over 2,000 trainees and NQs surveyed, the awards paint a truly accurate picture of which firms do a great job in recruitment and training. All the nominees should be congratulated as the competition across every category is fierce.”
