Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) offers high-quality educational, training and mentoring support to young people from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds. SEO London works with firms, including Travers Smith LLP, White & Case LLP, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, RPC and Macfarlanes. The non-profit organisation has an impressive success rate: more than 870 participants secured competitive summer and off-cycle internships and graduate positions and training contracts in 2021-22; and 96% of respondents from its 2023 Impact Report said that SEO London had helped them gain a better understanding of their opportunities.
