Transaction Support Manager

Salary: Competitive

The successful applicant will join a transaction team dealing with business sales and purchases at one of Cardiff's leading commercial law firms. A comprehensive network of support and on-going training will be provided from day one by experienced corporate lawyers. 

In the course of the role you will take responsibility (under supervision, as needed) for coordinating the legal process through to completion. 

You will need to be educated to degree level and have achieved strong academic results throughout your studies, excellent communication and organisation skills, be IT literate and able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines. 

This is a long-term role, with fantastic prospects for career progression.

Paralegal

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Paralegal with a route to qualification

Location: Cardiff

Exciting alternative route to qualification at one of Cardiff's leading commercial law firms. 

The successful applicant will join a transaction team dealing with business sales and purchases. 

You will have completed your Legal Practice Course having achieved strong academic results throughout your studies and ideally you will have gained experience in a commercial legal environment. 

Training will be given and this is a long-term role, with prospects for promotion as the candidate gains experience. Once the firm considers that the candidate has gained sufficient experience (gained over a minimum of three years), the firm will support the candidate in any application to become a qualified solicitor via the 'equivalent means' route.

You will need to have excellent client care skills, with the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level, strong technical skills, be IT literate and able to work well under pressure. In the course of the role you will take responsibility (under supervision, as needed) for negotiating documents and coordinating the legal process through to completion.
