Paralegal

Bridge Burke Solicitors are a niche family law firm in the centre of Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey dealing with private clients only.

As a paralegal working at Bridge Burke Solicitors you will gain valuable hands-on experience dealing with matrimonial matters and children act cases with guidance and supervision at all times.

Your duties in this role will include the following:

• Drafting court documents, applications and statements
• Liaising with clients and solicitors
• Attending court to assist counsel

This 6 month paralegal position should be looked upon as a stepping stone to a training contract and a future career as a solicitor.

The ideal applicant will live locally, have a qualifying law degree and have studied the family law elective during the Legal Practice Course.

The salary for the position is £14,000 per annum pro rata.
