Trainee solicitors

LGSS Law Ltd is a highly innovative shared legal service at the forefront of public sector legal services. We were founded by Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire County Councils in 2010 and in April 2015 LGSS Law became a law firm, wholly owned by the two county councils. Over the last few years we have grown significantly and now support more than 75 client organisations including local authorities, clinical commissioning group’s and charities.

We are a well resourced legal practice where lawyers wanting to work in the public and not for profit sectors are able to achieve their full potential and provide clients with high quality, comprehensive and affordable legal services.

We currently have offices in Cambridge and Northampton, both of which are Lexcel accredited, and we are seeking to recruit two trainee solicitors to join our team - one based in our Cambridge office and one based in our Northampton office. We are hoping to be opening another office in the near future so the locations may change.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with initiative and good communication skills.
