About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal/commercial and contracts advisor in the legal and commercial team, on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
This interesting and varied role provides a rare opportunity to provide legal and commercial management support to enable and underpin world-leading science and technology and its commercialisation.
Reporting to the legal and commercial manager, you will:
About you
You may be a graduate in law, business or other relevant discipline. You may have completed the GDL and/or LPC or similar qualification.
You will have an ability to understand and advise on standard contractual terms.
You will have a “can-do” attitude and be able to evidence a partnering approach in working with internal customers.
You will have a strong team focus and be able to demonstrate commitment to STFC’s core values. We want STFC to be excellent, collaborative and inspirational. To achieve this we must work with trust, transparency and respect.
