Trainee solicitor

Davis & Co is a specialist firm of solicitors, based near Regent’s Park, which offers “City” quality commercial contractual advice, dispute resolution services and international commercial/corporate services across a broad range of industry sectors, working for leading national and international clients (www.davislaw.co.uk).

The firm is currently looking for a bright, reliable and enthusiastic person to join the team. We encourage applications from applicants who either have completed the LPC and would wish to commence a training contract with the firm after the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period as a paralegal, or who would wish to study for the LPC part-time whilst working for the firm as a paralegal, and commence a training contract immediately upon completion of the LPC.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wishes to train as a solicitor and gain exposure to, and take responsibility for, high quality work in a friendly and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate must have an excellent academic record (with at least an A and two Bs at A-Level and a 2:1 at degree level). Candidates without such a record will not be considered and should not apply. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, a perfect command of written and spoken English, as well as the ability to think ahead and work effectively under pressure.
