Paralegals and legal executives (commercial property)

Greenswitch Solutions (www.greenswitchsolutions.co.uk) are the UK's largest solar park developer with sites ranging between 50 and 300 acres. We have offices in Burscough and London and have strategic relationships with large land owners in the UK with the objective of developing sites for the production of renewable energy.

We are currently recruiting a team of intelligent, energetic and focused paralegals, legal executives and law graduates for various roles within our legal department. These roles will be based in Burscough, Lancashire. The type of work successful candidates will deal with are high-end transactional property matters at the forefront of a new and interesting area of law.

The successful candidates will gain experience working alongside an in-house construction, surveying and planning team. You will deal with the legal aspects of large scale agricultural and commercial property transactions including options, commercial contracts, planning, leases, title qualification and rights of way as well as title defects. You will be exposed to ancillary areas of law such as litigation, agricultural, construction and corporate.

The successful candidates will have their own transport, a minimum of 2.1 at degree level (in any subject), GDL (if applicable) and LPC (commendation preferable). 

Previous legal experience with a law firm in areas such as commercial property, conveyancing, residential/commercial development, agricultural law, secured lending and/or renewable energy is preferable. Salary is commensurate with experience.
