Paralegal vacancies

McMillan Williams Solicitors Ltd is a well-established firm listed in both Chambers and the Legal 500 directories. We have 20 offices based within London, the South and South East England and currently employ 350+ people.

As a result of our expansion plans, we are recruiting paralegals to join our team. Given the specialist nature of our varied cases, only the most exceptional and enthusiastic candidates will be considered. In return, MW Solicitors will provide excellent training and career opportunities. Annual starting salary is £15,000.

We have numerous vacancies in a variety of areas and locations and are always interested to hear from candidates who meet our criteria below.

Candidates must:

  • Hold a minimum 2.1 degree
  • Have successfully completed the LPC
  • Possess excellent IT and typing skills
  • Live within 30 minutes of the office for which we are recruiting (or willing to relocate)
  • Hold a driving licence and have full time use of their own car
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be hungry and results driven

At MW Solicitors we recruit our paralegals with a view to offering training contracts. We do not offer training contracts externally and recruit a significant number of our trainee solicitors internally from paralegals who have completed a minimum of 12 months employment with the firm (subject to business needs).

MW Solicitors is committed to equality and diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. We would like to acknowledge individual applications and provide feedback. However, due to the high volume of applications which we receive, we are unable to do so. If we have not contacted you within three weeks from the date of your application, you have been unsuccessful.
