We currently have opportunities for litigation executives to join our expanding employer's liability team within our personal injury department in our Sheffield office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role
The role will involve handling claimant employers liability claims which are predominately fast-track (up to the value of £25,000). The successful applicant will manage a case load of 125 -150 cases with additional opportunities to assist with work on multi-track cases under supervision.
The candidate
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate confidence when dealing with clients, the ability to review and organise complex commercial documents, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Previous experience of employers liability will be essential as will a proven track record of successfully working within a targeted environment (with respect to time recording, billing and cash collection).
