Our legal organisation focuses on connecting our customers’ businesses to the ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. We provide critical online and print information, decision support tools, software and services to lawyers who practice in law firms, in corporate legal departments and in the public sector. Position title: Document automation editor, FastDraft 
 
Position type: permanent 
 
Role purpose/ summary:
 
Automate standard documents, amend existing automated content, test content for regular releases. Ensure best practice and operational efficiency for FastDraft. 
 
Major responsibilities/accountabilities:
  • Automating legal standard documents 
  • Liaising with legal editorial to analyse standard documents 
  • Test content for regular content releases 
  • Assist in the verification of work of team for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Cover for team members as and when required 
Qualifications
 
Mandatory skills and experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office 
  • Experience of xml text editors and content management systems 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts 
  • Strong learning agility. Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work. 
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills for complex problems across teams. 
  • Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks. 
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and understanding of when to use complicated logic. 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Experience of delivering/implementing training and quality programmes 
  • Excellent English writing and reading skills 
  • Legal degree
