Trainee consultant/research associate

Responsibilities:

  • Working on recruitment projects, sourcing candidates that meet the specification of our clients
  • Creating job adverts to attract suitable candidates
  • Managing digital and social media accounts
  • Market mapping
  • Sourcing candidates on a proactive basis, using internal and external databases to identify candidates with the skill sets required by the client
  • Headhunting senior level candidates to arrange calls or meetings with senior consultants
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Database management, ensuring candidate records are recorded in an accurate, efficient and confidential manner

You may be a recent LLB and or LPC/BPTC graduate or indeed a qualified lawyer who is thinking about an alternative career whilst still utilising your legal background. 

Required skills:

  • Organisational skills are key
  • Information gathering and problem solving
  • Internet navigation and social networking ability
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
  • Be persuasive, persistent and patient
  • Be able to cope with pressure

Salary:

Highly attractive - basic salary, commission/bonus and benefits. OTE - £30,000 - £40,000
