Law and business: commercial news round-up 16.07.15

It's the story that just runs and runs; the week was again dominated by what's been happening in Greece – just a few of the related stories (and others, for light relief) follow:
- Tsipras and Greece's creditors reached an agreement for a third bailout after a mammoth all-night session on Monday…
- …followed by a vote on Wednesday by the Greek parliament accepting tough austerity measures (that prompted riots in Athens)…
- …and new talks today on the precise elements of the bailout, including an agreement from Eurozone ministers to agree a stopgap £7 billion loan until agreement is reached.
- In other news, the Lord Chief Justice announced that a specialist financial court dedicated to hearing claims worth more than £50 million will be established.
- Apple has launched its new contactless payment system, allowing users to tap their iPhone or iWatch on readers in the same way as contactless debit cards.
- The Economist examined the possibility of Sunday trading laws being relaxed, and why the government is considering it now – namely, to benefit the economy.
- The competition regulator has criticised UK supermarkets for pricing practices designed to mislead consumers, including – as Which? put it – “dodgy multi-buys, shrinking products and baffling sales offers”.
- BT's share price dropped as Ofcom announced it is considering splitting up BT from its Openreach network in the interests of removing “BT's underlying incentive to discriminate against competitors.”
