Eversheds announces new apprenticeship scheme for "partners of the future"

updated on 06 May 2015

Eversheds has confirmed that it will be launching a new scheme - Eversheds Aspire - for 16 post A-level apprentices to join the firm in October.

Eversheds Aspire will offer opportunities to both legal and non-legal apprentices in the firm’s Cardiff, Leeds and London offices. Apprentices will work in either the real estate practice group or the firm’s group operations team. With an emphasis on training the new starters to become "business ready", training and development will include the possibility of client secondments and international projects. In conjunction with BPP Law School, the legal apprentices will study a Level 3 QCF Diploma in Business and Administration as well as relevant legal modules, while the non-legal apprentices will study for a qualification relevant to the team they join.

Bryan Hughes, chief executive of Eversheds LLP, welcomed the programme: "Our aim is to make Eversheds Aspire the market leading apprentice scheme for young people wanting the opportunity to develop a professional career within a renowned international law firm."
