The Lawyers with Disabilities Division (LDD) are delighted to bring you this event aimed at law students, trainee and newly qualified solicitors with disabilities who want to know more about embarking on your career as a solicitor.
The programme will look at various career options other than private practice; advice on preparing your CV; general techniques for obtaining a training contract; how social media can assist you during your career; advice and guidance on whether to declare your disability; getting involved with pro bono work; and personal experiences of LDD members.
