With uncertainty rife and huge changes taking place left, right and centre within both family law and legal aid, I will aim to provide an honest insight into work on the other side of the fence.

Today has been a day of difficult clients. While I'm busy at court on a 10-day combined finding-of-fact and final-care hearing, another of my nightmare clients has had a one-day interim contested hearing in relation to contact.
